The vision
Spotlight on Indie is the result of a vision and an investment in the indie community. The goal is simple: give independent authors a place to shine, and give readers a way to discover the books that are right for them.
It draws on nearly two decades of self-publishing and marketing experience, a background in business and small-business management, and a love of indie storytelling, pulling together the best of many models for getting good indie books in front of the readers who'll love them.

Rooted in the owner's Christian faith, Spotlight on Indie is a home for independent stories focused on good storytelling and memorable characters, without pushing an agenda antithetical to nature.
Some call it “based.” Others use the symbolic “iron age”, getting back to the basics of good, fun storytelling. Many simply think of it as traditional principles of craft.
