From Red To Dust

Owen Ward is a shootist released from prison hoping to begin life as an honest man.

Riding to the wild town of Redview, Arizona to find family, Owen is confronted by both true love, in the form of a prior ‘painted lady’, the mother and ex-prostitute Emma Rabelais, and violence born from hatred when facing Boze Neary and his cowboys.

Owen’s work as a redlands ranch hand is interrupted when Redview’s citizens are murdered by the Neary Gang. The ex-gunslinger’s revolver may be holstered, but the town needs hope by way of the gun.

Facing choices granted by free will, Owen must balance himself along the boundaries of love and hate by choosing either redemption or destruction by violence. The red dust in Arizona was not born from the rocks of the mountains, but by the blood of the peoples who call the land their home.
