The Tales of Halziyon: Reforged

This omnibus is the complete successor edition of The Tales of Halziyon. It was previously published as three separate books—The Wizard’s Mistake, City of Eld, and The Hero’s Flaw—and replaces those earlier Kindle editions.

A heartfelt Christian fantasy trilogy bound into one book, perfect for middle-grade and young adult readers who love adventure, unlikely heroes, and stories of faith, friendship, and honor.

In a world of ancient magic and forgotten technology, ordinary boy Yoder Hals—fat, lazy, and painfully awkward—never imagined he’d become a hero. But when a mysterious Wizard knocks on his door and declares him the prophesied savior, Yoder embarks on an epic journey with a ragtag band of misfit companions. Together, they face the desolate dangers of Kurn, battle a powerful despot and his fearsome Black Vanguard, and confront evil that threatens to corrupt their world.

From bumbling insecurity to courageous leadership, Yoder learns that true heroism springs not from perfection, but from empathy, inner strength, loyalty, and a leap of faith. Filled with humor, wonder, and wholesome values, the series follows Yoder and his uncanny friends as they grow, forge unbreakable bonds, and prove that anyone can step onto the path of righteousness.

The Tales of Halziyon is a delightful, illustrated adventure that inspires laughter, conversation, and a little more faith in families everywhere. Ideal for fans of classic fantasy quests with a moral heart.

“Anyone can be the hero—all you have to do is try.”
