A wild, glitter-soaked ride through the 1990s that proves the best stories start with an idea and a whole lot of heart.

Welcome to StarStruck—Is the story of Starstruck Events. The outrageous character-themed party empire that brought boy bands, pop princesses, and superheroes straight into Long Island basements and backyards.

At its center is Jake, a restless, too-much-for-his-own-good teenager chasing fast cash and the faint hope of impressing a girl. What he finds instead is chaos, camaraderie, and a front-row seat to the birth of something bigger than he ever imagined.

Mascot meltdowns. Glow-stick raves. Basement dreams that teeter between magic and disaster. A ragtag crew that becomes family. And a hustle so pure it turns a simple party business into Long Island legend.

Blending heartfelt coming-of-age moments with laugh-out-loud dramedy, Welcome to StarStruck is more than a trip back in time—it’s the origin story of a world that still sparkles with 90s energy. This is the beginning. The spark. The first wild ride.

The real legend? It’s only getting started.

Author note: Starstruck Events was a real place. It was called Hollywood Parties when I worked there. This is a semi-autobiographical adventure that takes place in dual timeline. Welcome To Starstruck is intended as the first book in a series. I am currently planning at least two more full length novels. Along side the main books I am also developing Chronicles of Starstruck, a collection of shorter stand alone stories centered around individual parties and events. This structure allows the primary novels to remain focused on character and growth without becoming weighed down by the repetitive party sequences.
