You don't have to wait for the owner or moderators to start organizing a sale, although we hope to start scheduling sales to promote. Just let us know how we can help if you'd like to use the site to coordinate any collective overall or specialty sales (such as genre).
All you have to do is
1. establish dates when you'll be collectively marking your books at the 99c or free sale prices
2. design any promotional banners or materials (or the owner can help); banners on the homepage are 1600 x 500 pixels (Width x Height).
3. push the sale and site out on all your social media contacts
This is a way to advantage of the self-management of your books and create your own based book sales.
