This site was designed with features for authors and readers to build a community, but there are many ways you can take advantage of what we offer, some that you might not have thought about. Some of those ideas have been shared on the Spotlight on Indie X account, but not everyone is on X.
Here are some of the ideas to take advantage of the features here:
* Coordinated sales - organize with other authors across the site, in your genre, or for a particular reading group. Agree to set your books as deals for a certain time and let the admin know. We'll do what we can to help promote your book sale and may even start the process too. Once you have dates, we'll gladly promote that on a homepage banner (size is 1600 x 500 pixels, if you want to design your own). We'll schedule that to run. All you'll need to do is share the details with your social media followers and in your book groups and point them to this site to browse by deals.
* Host your own book launch parties right in this community forum! Direct your readers here and start your own discussion under your book's listing. When you add a discussion under your book, it'll show in the community forum and the book's listing for users to find. Interested readers can ask questions and you'll be able to answer. We could even host regular group events.
* Book clubs. Start your own book club discussions.
