Introduction for me and my series -- The Steradian Gate.

Hello all!
My name's Nate and I write The Steradian Gate series. To start, I'm a relatively new writer, having only gotten the itch to write around 2022. The Steradian Gate is my first series and I felt the need to begin writing not only to pass down good stories with traditional morals to my own children, but to others as well. There was and is way too many stories out there pushing propaganda that shouldn't be given to kids at all. There needed to be alternatives and instead of waiting for others to make it, I decided to take a stand, putting my time and energy into it.
Beyond that, I enjoy cracking dad jokes and playing retro video games. My favorite author is Michael Crichton with Jurassic Park remaining a favorite book of all time. Over the last 25 years or so, I took it upon myself to collect all his works (post John Lang pen name) in First Edition hardcovers. His stories and other favorites across the 80's and 90's in gaming and pop culture like Uncharted and Indiana Jones are large portions of inspiration for The Steradian Gate. So what exactly is my series?
The Steradian Gate is an action packed, sci-fi, dystopian, adventure series with a focus on family, friendship and freedom.
The gist is Ethan inherits an odd artifact from his late uncle. Curious what it is, he begins researching, meeting Summer, who's doing an investigation of her own to find her missing brother. They team up and the artifact pulls them into Lunaria, a dimension a century behind technologically that's being taken over by an evil regime, the Kriva Rasturna.
Trapped in the nightmare, they fight for survival while trying to locate her brother and find a way back home. This puts them on the path to a lost city, they have to find.
The above is just book one. It's appropriate for middle school age and up with many of my fans being adults. The series is written to pass down values and a healthy worldview, written as though it were still the 90's. Christians are NOT the bad guys in this series and won't be as I write the remaining two books. There is no spice in it, but there is romance. There is some cursing with the majority of four letter words cutoff mid-word. There is violence in the form of hand to hand combat, swordplay and various types of guns/bows.
The first two books in the series are already available with the third ready to launch this fall.

Book 3 - The Steradian Gate: Echoes [Fall 2026 launch planned].
Book 4 - In the outlining phase and expected to launch in 2028.
Book 5 - Will complete the mainline series. Planned for 2029/30 launch.
