Halloween Hijinks

It has been quite the year for Brooke. Her mother was killed in a drive-by shooting. She was reunited with her half-brother, Marc. Her father killed a man and went to prison. She was adopted by Paige and Jordan and discovered that she is a witch.

A real witch, with magic powers! This is her first Halloween as a witch. Her first Halloween with her new family. She's excited, Brooke loves Halloween and she is enjoying the displays on Main Street. That is until the displays are being rearranged. Someone that nobody ever sees is taking pieces of the displays and moving them to other displays. the adults all say it is probably teenagers doing it. Brooke knows better. She knows that magic is involved. How else can they move them without being seen. This is Brooke's mystery and she is going to solve it.
