I had it all. A great job, a great ship and the best fighter ever made by humanity. Nothing lasts though, and now here I am, two years later on my 30th birthday in a seedy bar with nothing but my ratty old hat and a backpack that's barely holding everything I own.

This is my last chance to get back on my feet...No idea what the next step is if this falls through, but it's not going to be pleasant. But the vaguely named 'Cap' walks up and offers me a job on a eclectic cargo ship. Without many choices left, I embark upon the Silverfish.

It's made clear to me quickly that the crew is unique but works well together. I hope to myself that this could be a new purpose, but these types of ships are known to venture deep into the gray area of morality...Either way, Cap seems to speak as if he's being charged by the word and the ship doctor is certifiably insane. She also has one of those smiles that are dangerous and contagious.

Well, time to launch. Wish me luck?
