More Book Categories for Kids & Teens are Coming

We've added all the regular fiction categories we expect to need, but the kids & teens categories will need some reorganizing before we add more. To get the site up and running, we set up the fiction BISAC codes for the genres we accept, but we're working on a way to better organize the juvenile genre categories. Until we have that in order, we'll hold off adding more genres for kids and teens.
It won't be long, however. Nor will it be the only update. As with anything new, some settling will take place. We expect that with more books in other genres, we may need to adopt different content ratings and vibes & themes too.
The fun has only begun!
Update 7/17/26: The reorganizing has begun with the juvenile categories broken into two age groups--1) Middle Grade & Young Adult and 2) Young Readers. However, it will likely be the end of the month when the final reorganizing is done. As of this update, many more MG/YA genre categories have been added.
