Review of “Remember Them”

This long-form “spoken word” poem commemorates the sacrifices of “Generation Iraq and Afghanistan.”  The main theme of this poem is that “they were different,” and this difference enabled these Soldiers to endure war while still showing compassion to the local population.  This would be a nice piece to read at a Veteran’s Day or Memorial Day celebration. Highly recommend!
